Be Handsfree - IT'S THE LAW Everyone agrees that holding a cell phone in one hand (whether you’re dialing, texting, or just talking) while holding the steering wheel in the other hand can be very dangerous -- and yet, we have all done it. But we have also experienced that brief moment when you suddenly look back at the road only to find that you have veered off course, or even worse, discover that you are mere moments away from a potential accident. Scary, right? This is why more states are legislating for stricter laws regarding driving while using a cellular phone. Today, nearly 230 million Americans use cell phones. As that number continues to grow, so too does the number of Americans that will use those cellular phones while driving.
