All orders will be shipped via within five (5) business days from the date payment clears -- often on the same day.

We pride ourselves on providing SUPERIOR customer support and service. Our service lines are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time.

Return Policy

- All returns will be accepted if requested within 7 DAYS of receiving the order for a full refund

  (less shipping costs).

- Car-kit USA will replace any item/s shipped incorrectly at our cost.

- Our units are guaranteed to function. All defective items will be replaced at our cost if you contact  

  us within 7 DAYS of your item RECEIPT.

- Beyond 7 DAYS all items are to be exchanged through the manufacturer directly.

- Car-kit USA is not liable for any costs relating to installation, use or removal.

- Shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you

  always return units with a shipper that can be tracked. Car-kit USA cannot be held responsible for 

  lost products unless there is a signature proof of delivery.

Return Procedure

To ensure that your return is processed correctly please follow the instructions below.

1. Call Customer Service at 1-305-443-0244 or email info@car-kit.com and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be prepared to provide our customer service representative with your name and order ID number.

2. Write the RMA # on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping carton. All items that are received without a valid RMA # will be refused.

3. Box the products, making sure to include all the original packaging, any included accessories, a copy of the original packing list, and mail to: Car-kit USA Returns Department 3326 Mary Street Suite 601 Coconut Grove, FL 33133

After 7 days, please return the product directly to the manufacturer. Returns to the manufacturer are subject to review and must fall within the warranty limitations of the manufacturer.

Sales Tax

Residents of Florida ONLY will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Car-kit.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect price and/or incorrect information, including product availability.
