Shipping Methods   Car-kit USA proudly ships with both UPS and the USPS as our primary carriers for all orders. For most Domestic US orders we charge a flat fee of just $5.95 for standard shipments (with larger items and heavy packages being the exception). We also offer Two Day and Next Day shipping options for an additional charge. Once an item is added to your cart, you will see a real-time quote for all the available services, delivery dates, and shipping costs to your destination. Canadian / International Shipping Car-kit USA proudly offers shipping to Canada! In fact, we currently ship to North America, Europe,
Australia, and Japan. Shipping fees start at around $25 for USPS Priority Mail (5-7 days). Placing orders for delivery to Canada is quick and easy with Car-kit USA! Shop on our site as you normally would, the additional shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart prior to confirming your order. We work hard to ensure your international shopping experience is pleasurable and trouble free. However we do ask for your patience in dealing with the long shipping times associated with International shipping. Taxes & Duties International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes -- all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US. Car-kit USA is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or brokerage charges imposed by local governments for International Shipments. International Returns Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship internationally. All orders fall under our “Standard Return Policy”. Please note though that all inbound and outbound duties will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Important International Notes Certain Manufacturers product warranties may only be valid in the United States. All products on our sites are subject to safety and testing standards as required by the United States and may not be certified for use outside the United States. All dates are shown in Month/Day/Year format (e.g. 5/4/2010 = May 4, 2010) All prices shown are in ($) US Dollars. Shipping Timelines All in-stock orders will ship out within 1-5 business days -- most will ship the same day or next. The average delivery times on a shipment will be 2-7 business days (within the US). Most orders shipping to Canada (or abroad) will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from our distribution center. Please see our attached map for UPS delivery times from the date of shipment. Express and Next-Day service is not available for Canada (or abroad). Our Shipping Promise   All orders will be shipped via within five (5) business days from the date payment clears -- often on the same day. All orders ship out within 2-3 business days -- most will ship the same day or next. P.O. Boxes We ship to all P.O. Boxes using the United States Postal Service (USPS) where applicable. APO / FPO Military Addresses We ship to all APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors: Not all items can be shipped to APO / FPO addresses. When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country in which your APO / FPO address is located. Backordered items All orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains backordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into partial shipments by sending us a Support Request or calling us at (305) 443-0244. Local Pickup Car-kit USA does not have a retail location or storefront. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins or allow for local pickups. All purchases must be made online though the web store, or by e-mailing us a PO. Tracking your Shipment We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the "Order Status" button when you log in to your account.
